1. Conventional Mortgages (Fannie Mae) : if you have less than 10 properties financed and good credit, it may be an option

 

2. Portfolio loans : these small bank loans usually. Flexible, will loan to LLC, will fund “make sense” loans.

 

3. Private – Hard money: 60 70% LTV, not credit or income driven

 

4. Not 3rd party lenders, but owner financed deals.
