From a lending point of view i found this interesting. We may be a “micro” non bank, but still deal with some the same obstacles and barriers to entry facing anyone trying start a bank or comply with various regulations.

Arkadi Kuhlmann, the founder and CEO of the neobank Zenbanx who pioneered branchless banking at ING Direct, explains why he stopped pursuing a bank charter and made a deal with Social Finance.
